Enhance Occupational Therapy clinical teams are designed specifically to meet the needs of clients. The rates for service are reflective of the skill set and experience level of clinician. 

Accounts

We are pleased to offer Occupational Therapy services on account.

There is no payment required on the date of service.

We make this offer under the terms of agreement, which all clients will sign before service.

First OT Consult

All first consults are 1hr and the website includes an intake form.

This intake form is a service agreement for 1hr consult at home.

Agreement to Service

Third Party Funding

When a third party is funding Occupational Therapy services, the client service team will ensure all documentation is supplied for client to access funded OT services.

Enhance Occupational Therapy provide service to the following funding bodies:

• NDIS - Registered Provider
• Home Care Packages - contracted service providers
• Community Housing Programs - contracted service providers
• Government Programs - state and commonwealth contracted service providers

Health Care Cards - Medicare

When a GP provides client with a care plan, they may be eligible for a rebate. With full payment of invoice, Enhance OT can process Medicare rebates for clients.

Health Care Cards - DVA

DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a GP or hospital referral.

Referral sources can check DVA website for referral guidelines.

Private Health - Rebates

Clients with private health can access rebates. Please check with your insurance for individual rebates.
